I use the same reel that a few of the guides i know use.

Okuma inspira, Runs around $80 .
Had one for a few years and no complaints .
Spool w/ 30 lb power pro and you can catch anything in marsh or fresh water.
Have only seen one bad report about one falling apart.
Must have been a lemon.

I have had 2 Okuma Inspira for 3 years without any problems.

Okuma inspira 40 or penn AF4000.
Penn is a little over 100 and okuma is around 100 I believe give or take a little

I have an Okuma Inspira 30, i love this reel. one of the smoothest reels I have owned. If you spool with braid make sure you put on a mono filament backing tied with a blood knot to your braid. it will stop the braid from spinning on the spool.

Thanks for the input guys! I kinda thought the Okuma's may be a little higher than that. Gonna have to check'em out then...

Yeah I just checked on some Okuma's. Found the Inspira 80 for $65 on a site. Think I'll order that when I get off work and on my own computer....Thanks again!

I have no experience with the Okuma, guess I should try it next time, but I do have a Shimano Sahara and it is a great reel without a doubt.

penn ssg series. priced under 90 dollars, easy to take apart and clean, not as smooth as my shimanos but smooth enough. I had 2 inspiras before and they lasted about 3 years and good overall but still prefer the penn in that price range. Now if you want to increase your budget a little more, the shimano stradics are the absolute best value. I have one that is about 6 years and is still my go to spinner.
