I find it odd that someone is making a post on Venice bass fishing. Dont see that much on here anymore, but it is refreshing. I dont fish in the Wagon Wheel no more but I have found cleaner water up that way on high river. Last time down there I tried all my usual spots off Main Pass and South Pass but found mostly dirty water. The few I caught were in Franks Crossing. I caught a couple dinks and two three pounders. Released them all because I had already caught a three man limit of reds. The fish were pushed up in the canes pretty far back. Still, thats a real nice stringer for high river.
