Lafitte Bass Haul

Me and Capt ronjon made our way to Lafitte on Saturday morning try to duplicate our outcome from last weekend. The fish weren't as cooperative as they were last Saturday but we ended up with a real nice box of fish. We hit plenty dead end canals and picked up a few here and a few there until the livewell was looking good and it was getting late. Our final tally was 16 knotheads, 16 goggle eye, 1 sac, and a big 15 lb catfish that inhaled a 1/8 ounce spinner bait. All of our fish were caught busting the banks with spinnerbaits. On Sunday I had a some friends over to watch the golf tourney and everyone enjoyed the fish fry man they were good. Thanks ronjon for another great trip and those specks are right around the corner so I'll have to show u a thing or two when that it gets right. Can't wait till next weekend, Happy Fishing.

Did y'all fish the Blue Point Canals? If so, how was the water clarity in these canals? Last time I found clean water in there a couple weeks back, we caught em'.

Some of our bass were caught in blue point area but we had to work pretty hard for them. Yes if you find clean black water fish there for a while.

Whats up buddy, you been fishin lately? We have been doin pretty well freshwater fishin but the saltwater just isn't right yet where i go, hopefully in about a month or so. I will need to take some days off work when that gets good. I been workin way too much and fishin way too little!!!

No man I haven't been fishing since we talked last. I've been working a lot lately and working at mr appartment at home so me and Nicole can move in. I needa take a day or to off so we can hook up a fishing trip.
