I find it hard to believe that CCA is going to have their Trout Shoot out and not let any of the fish count for the STAR. Hey Sam B. open it up this Memorial Day weekend, and offer refunds to anyone on the east. I hate to tell my boy, thats a nice trout, but we cannot weigh it in for the STAR, he's been looking forward to the opening weekend since he got his youth packet. Just my one cent, Pres. obama got the other one....
