Went down too Delacroix Sunday morning for some sight casting for reds , didn’t take long to find a few , lost 2 but managed to pull 3 into my boat , all reds were released to fight another day. Great to be back out there .

Wiz,Nice reds,we seem to have some BEASTS on NShore,though I did miss a fine one,probably specimen of at least 24 inches,using sliding cork with Z-Man shrimp on end!!!Just posted pics of easily 36 in stud we fought with all of 12 lb test fluro!!!

Decided to head too Delacroix this morning to make sure it wasn’t some kinda fluke with those rope jigs I made , found a lil bayou with no boats , put on a pair of jigs and it was game on again , all trout were released to fight another day
