I am going to Toledo Bend and was wondering if anyone can give me some pointers on were some good spots are for Bream and Sacalait. We are suppose to be staying around the mid lake area. I think there is a bridge near their. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I found out the camp is on Lanan Bay. It is suppose to be minutes from the Pendleton Bridge. Is there good fishing around the bridge for Sacalait?

Anybody catching bass or sacalait in Henderson? Is there water in the woods? Any reply is appreciated.
Plenty of fish being caught. The water is falling and is out of the woods in most places

It's been about almost two months since I went to the lake from Theriot Boat Launch. Last time I went the entrance to the lake was almost completely blocked by a small floating island and a mass of lilies. I barely made it through into the lake. I guess there is no maintenance by the parish…

I usually fish out of IDJC (island south of PAC) but am looking to scope out a new area and I have the Leeville area in mind. There is a kayak launch down there and it looks to have a lot of broken marsh options. I expect to get into some reds, but also hoping to get into some SPECs so my…

I recently sold my old Kayak and went out to replace it looking for a great deal.

My budget was for below $500. I started online looking and found a Field & Stream 12' Eagle Run Kayak at Dick's for $474 that fit my needs.

I was looking for big capacity as I am 279 lbs and plan to carry…

I looking for some fishing information on Kincaid Reservoir (Lake) just west of Alex. I see there are two boat ramps, one is East and one is West. Which is the best. Also what is the best area to fish to avoid boat traffic? Any help is appreciated. Are there any Bass to be caught there? …

Plenty of places to fish without boat traffic, most of the boat traffic is in the middle of the lake. Both east and west boat ramps are good, cost 3.00 to launch. plenty of bass to be caught and white perch and bream.

Anyone know if South Farms has been open/accesible for crawfishing? The WLF handbook states that it opens Mar 15 in Sherburne but I know in the past sometimes they were closed due to high water. Just seeing if anyone has any helpful info. Thanks!
I want to see more about this. I love browsing it and hope to see more of this

Great day with new customer Paul Scheurer and crew. We were able to get on a run of trout early before the wind picked up. Once the winds were up howling we took it deep into the marsh and broke out the bait shrimp. The heads, reds, and drum didn’t disappoint. Guys put together a great box…

Went out the 30th..Cloudy all day with absolute no sun and winds around 20mph. I noticed the water was right around 58°. From my history, I knew even with the poor conditions, that this temperature was just about right to get the fish biting. I used past experience, and went to a sheep head hole…

Hey folks. I recently moved to the area. Looking to get in on some bank fishing before the spawn gets in full swing. I've been down 51 and gazed at those pits and culverts. Water looks really nice. I was wondering if those pits are primarily brackish. I also took a gander at the pits along…
