Killed this buck 630 am in Natchitoches Parish on Nov 6th. Traveling through a hardwood thicket. Buck was green scored as a 169 5/8 non typical by Simmons sporting goods in bastrop la. He is believed to be 6 yrs old due to trail cam pics, sheds, and management by neighboring land owner.

My little ones first.

6 years old!! His first!!! Completely by himself!! No help from ole dad!! A ton of time and practice went into this one moment!! Countless dollars worth of bullets for practice!! Proud moment for us both!! He had to earn it!!

Congratulations buddy. I'm from Starks and hunt the river bottom also. That is quite the accomplishment man for around here. He is a very good deer for our area with bow or gun. I've tried for 2 years with a bow and nothing but hogs.

I got a big 10pt.buck on Mon.evening with a 23 1/2 inches inside spread.It scored 146 3/4 with the weight of 165! Killed north of Vinton been hunting him going on three years.

Shot a 11 point, 24 yards, Beinville Parish. Shot with rage broadhead and hoyt spyder 70# bow. Deer ran forever, let's just say that. very long story. Thanks be to GOD, found him. What do you think he'll score. Look at picture 2 also.

This deer was taken in Area 8 in louisiana. Weighing in at 178 pounds, and scoring roughly 130 inches. Shot at 65 yards with a New England Firearms 25-06 with a Bushnell banner scope and a Hornady bullet.
