Three of us hunted today and shot 6 dosgris and 2 ring necks. All divers continue but at least we are shooting some ducks holding our nose while doing it.

Hunted down in Pecan Island last weekend with mixed results. We shot 10 on Saturday and 6 on Sunday. Slower than it had been with light winds most of the weekend.

You must have all the birds in the southwest. The southeast is void, even the local ducks have vanished. I seen about a dozen total this past weekend and nothing in range.

Hunted down in Pecan Island last Sunday and Monday with pretty good results. We shot 13 on Sunday and 8 on Monday mostly teal and scaup with a bonus green head. Hunting later is definitely the ticket as most of the ducks we shot both days were between 9 and 11 in the morning
