A bag of rice bran dumped into the thickest growth available. Clear a 20 yard shooting lane and sit in the briars with your turkey vest. You’ll see deer during legal shooting hours with this set up. Good luck and shoot straight.

Hello. I will probably be making a couple hunts there between the 5th and 16th. Maybe we can tag team it and share notes. I've hunted there a bit and it is tough hunting. Very dense palmettos witch makes it quite difficult but ther are a good number of hogs in there. Good luck

Scout more. There are plenty deer and pigs in Sherburne. If you want to put one in the freezer, you're going to need to put in the work. Not many people are going to steer you to where they normally see deer.

Beauxnarreaux, thanks for the incredible video! Very informative. For what it's worth, I thought the new bow, the Hoyt Power Max, was noticeably quieter. I'm not in the market for a new bow today, but still enjoyed the video.

What broadheads are y’all shooting this season? Anyone got a favorite they think shoots better than the rest? Anyone heard of anything new this year? I saw Swhacker just put out the new Levi Morgan 261s. Let’s hear some opinions.

I shoot the 100 grain swackers. They are very accurate but the blood trails are sparse. I feel accuracy is paramount.

Saw your deflection test. Would have been nice to see that you were standing in the same spot when both arrows were shot. This would verify whether the rage was shot at a more severe angle.

I am looking for a new spot to bow hunt this year. I was looking at Lake Ramsey WMA because it is only bow hunting and some small game. I was wondering if anyone ever has any luck out there with deer hunting. If so can you please let me know or give me some insight on the property.
