New To Sportsman Network?

I notice there is a new marine delearship listed in the classified sections. Real Deal Marine has several boats for sale, including an Xpress I am interested in purchasing. Does any one know anything about this dealership? I have never heard of them, has anybody have?

Extreme Disappointment. . .I have been a long-time fan of the Don Duboc Show. This morning he lost me as a listener. Don had a true expert on coral reefs talking about save-the-reef programs. As the expert began to state the eco damage that can be done when removing a rig as opposed to using it as a reef, Don cut him off, did not let him finish, and never brought him back on the air. The general public had a great opportunity to here some really great info, yet Don prevented such. If he says its because of time constraints, he needs to get his priorities in order and obviosuly learn a little time managment skills. What he did was unprofessional to his expert and robbery to his listening audience. Terrible Don, the knew name of my boat.

Ad. Rabbit, e-man, justwant2fish. . . .Please help. Can anyone explain to me why a legitimate post was suddenly and mysteriously removed?

Oh never mind, I just reealized why. As I predicted less than 12 hours ago, CCA was being discussed in a truthful but negative manner, and as always this site removed the post.

Darn, maybe I should go to Vegas with my 'strange' ability to predict the future.

C.Holmes....I remember that and was about to post on that every topic. I was sitting at a bar in G.I. when some locals just 'could not wait for them crazies to come protest.' I wish no harm on anyone, but have to admit a PETA protest at G.I. would have been very funny.

A comment titled: Correction in response to a report titled: Jug line surprise

drewb....you calling someone out for using the word 'mine' as opposed to 'mind'. You just posted a comment on another thread where YOU spelled lady's underclothing as 'lingery' as opposed to the correct spelling of L-I-N-G-E-R-I-E. As to the issues in this thread, let be give you examples:
Common:
Admiral Rabbit making great comments;
Drewb making an argument that is baseless;
Drewb being wrong;
Drewb getting mad when corrected;

Uncommon:
Drewb paying off the bets he loses.

Deerhunter....Your post is completely correct. drewb is playing a word game to justify his previous incorrect statements. Ironic, a boy playing word games, who has no word. It is about time for one of the AdmRabbits great comments.

A comment titled: Wetlands in response to a report titled: Marshlands

It will depend on what you seek to build. If you are not planning to construct any fixed structure then you will be fine. However, 'marshland' is a generic term used in the federal Wetland Act to put buyers on notice that the subject property falls under the 'wetlands' definition. It loosely defines a protected region under this federal act. If you plan to alter the property in any manner, you will need approval of the U.S. Corp of Engineers (which is a huge headache, even if you get approval). In addition, and depending on your property and intent of construction, you may have to reclaim and/or mitigate the property, which can be quite expensive.

A comment titled: So Correct in response to a report titled: Vibrio Vulnificus Saltwater Infection

Acman, Curdog, Capt. JS....Please do not lose sleep over this boy. Drewb loves to make statements that are completely false. A couple of weeks ago, he made some false statements on a post, I corrected him, he got mad, then he went so far as to bet me as to this facts. I proved him wrong, and he still has not paid me. After that incident, he said he will never post here again. You know, like the little kid who loses the game, takes his toys and goes home mad. His facts are never correct, and he certainly is not a man of his word, in fact I am not sure he is a man.

Chris....With all due respect, I think your comments are partially right and partially wrong. Yes, you are right, the new law is great, long overdue and makes sense. As to 'there IS hope' ......not quite sure if you are right on that point.

A comment titled: Nemo in response to a report titled: lake verret

Nemo...No problem. I wish you a good and safe trip. Yes, google earth does show both canals. Cancienne is the frst canal north of Attakapas Landing. I think google earth labels the canal as such. The canal is a one canal system with no breakoffs. The next canal to the north is the Crackerhead system. In my opinion, and I say this will all respect, you should not venture far into that system of canals. Many many canals and is like a maze. I fished there all my life (48 years) and still feel lost sometimes.

A comment titled: NEMO in response to a report titled: lake verret

NEMO.....North side of lake, where canals (Cancienne, Crackerhead) begin, but fished the lakeside of entrance. My 11 year old daughter caught two over three lbs on the new pop-r. Early morning top water. Then fished cypress knees for bream, crickets or worms.

A comment titled: Correct in response to a report titled: CAPT BOB BTB POST-POST POST

PFC....You are very right about Capt. Bob and his desire to share info. Years ago while he worked at a marine dealership in Lafourche Parish he would eagerly share his knowledge of bass fishing. Not many fisherman, Capts or otherwise are as willing to provide such an educational tool as he does. I watch his show on LCN so I have no viewing problems, but hope your issues are resolved soon.

A comment titled: drewb in response to a report titled: Arrested for fishing tidal waters?

drewb...I am a liar because I challenged you on facts over and over, and consistently and without fail proved you wrong. I sent you several personal emails, but you fail to respond. I guess your big and bad when you hiding behind a screen...you take the term 'screen savers' to a new level. Why do you not response to my emails and give me the chance to prove to you your errors and false assumptions.

Anyway, you and your buddy leaving are not surprising, it is simply the CCA way...argue a position polar opposite of your stated public organizational mission, used flawed data in support of that position, then disappear from that isse when proven wrong.

Again, drewb, I would love to take you up on your challenge, just please email me.

Motorboat, you cited more than one case, read your own post. And again you cited a case than has been overturned by recent Supreme Court rulings and only effects 1/5 of the state. You also completely ignored the 14th amendment in your argument. Maybe you made a typo on the citation, but were the overturn, irrelevant, and unsubtantated law review article also typo's.

A comment titled: wrong Again in response to a report titled: Arrested for fishing tidal waters?

motorboat....What you putting out there is bad law. You cited four cases, all of which have been overturned or have no bearing on public right of ways. The Vaughn case is a state 3rd Cir. opinion that has no bearing on any other of the five circuits in this state. Moreover, subsequent Lousiana Supreme Court cases have been rendered with trump your Vaughn matter.

You cite La. Rev. Stat. 14:1701. That staute does not even exist anymore.

I will chill out as you recommend, when you quit naking unfounded misleading facts.

Ironically, when someone does try to interject an opinion, you (as does drewb claim they are trolls). If you both would get your facts straight before you attempt to create arguments,your feelings would not be hurt when you are proved to be wrong.

A comment titled: wrong again in response to a report titled: Arrested for fishing tidal waters?

motorboat...The higher the monkey climbs the pole the more his butt shows, and yours is starting to show. The cases you cite in support of your position have been over ruled by either the U.S. Supreme Court or the La. State Supreme court. Moreover, read the 14th amendment and its restrictions before you start citing crazy federal propositions for purely state issues.

So, you my friend, please do a little shepardizing before you cite some laws. The public trust doctrine article you cite is a law review article which has no standing in court. Finally the statute I quoted along with three others have case law which courts have interpreted to allow public entity's the right to emminent domain during certain bonding issues.

My point of making that argument is because you wrongfully degraded someone for saying that community property and public asset issues are only involving domestic disputes. You were wrong again.

It is quit hard to have an inteliigent argument when we are one intellect short.

drewb...I cannot believe you just chastised someone for making personal attacks. You are the expert of such attacks, even when they are false. So much that you last rant had to be taken down from this website because of false and misleading lies. Heck, I sent you a personal email, yet you failed to respond.

A comment titled: Put you money where your mouth is in response to a report titled: Oh boy, here we go...

Drewb....I never claimed to be a MMA fighter, but you like to go to a gun fight with a knife. Let me explain, you make absurd arguments with no supportive facts, then you either admit you wrong, or refuse to address the previous assertion.

As to my degrees, put your moeny where you mouth is $10,000 says I got the degree I claim to have.
Please, do not let your mouth write a check your a#@ cannot over.

I also see you yet to answer my questions!!

A comment titled: Finally in response to a report titled: Oh boy, here we go...

drewb...finally you got something right. I am a hoot. But seriously, there is no way you run in any major circles and I will tell you why:

1. To brag and support a group that you finally admit you had not even attended a meeting in 4 years but only get your info from 'friends' who volunteer. Not even 'friends' in leadership roles;

2. You state that CCA apologized, then when challenged to that fact, you recant and say you were wrong;

3. You consistently make personal attacks, most generally when your points are challenged and you have no response;

4. You claim you know my livelihood but you are completely wrong.

Either one of these four errors would get you laughed out of any major corporate/lobby circles...but all four. You would be laughed at in Washington and Baton Rouge more than CCA is already being laughed at.

If someone is passionate about a cause, makes factual assertions that are correct and can be supported, and will not be afraid to challenge a group (CCA) about its actions conflicting with its very own mission statement, is a hoot, then I must be a hoot. Thanks for the compliment!
