I am headed this weekend to Cypermort Point with my wife and son to meet up with her family and figured I could bring the boat. I have never fished there. I have heard that the fresh water is really causing issues when it comes to catching fish. Any pointers as to what direction I should head? Head out for salt water? Any advice is appreciated. I have a 21 ft bay boat.
Thanks in advance.
Other than the classified section of this website. Is there anywhere special to find listings for camps that are for sale?

I see a break in my schedule for next Wednesday the 23rd. Has the fishing in the Rigolet's, Borne, Catherine or Pontchartrain areas improved any with the warm weather that has moved in?
Who owns the camps and slips right next to Rigolets Marina? Are they for sale or rent. I can't seem to find any information on them.
Does any one know if chef harbor has live bait right now?
I was wondering several things. I wanted to go to the Biloxi marsh on Saturday or Sunday. I have read, that it has good action this time of year. Is that true?
I usualy launch from Rigolets Marina. How long of a run is it from there? Is there a better place that I could launch from that is quicker. I am driving from Baton Rouge.
I have a 21ft bay boat with a 55 gal tank. Should I stay in the ICW marshes and bnot waste my time. Thanks in advance!
Who is the best person in the Baton Rouge area to service a Yamaha outboard? I am having a problem finding an authorized service dealer, that anyone would say is top notch!
Can anyone tell me the condition of the launch at Fort Pike? I usually put in at Rigolet's Marina. Never tried Fort Pike. I was thinking about saving a couple bucks, but if the launch is difficult to get in and out of, I would rather pay the $7.
How slow has the Rigolets, the marshes between ICCW and Lake Borne been lately? I am going to brave the weather on Saturday, because it is the only free day I have for a month to come.
Leaving from Baton Rouge and I will be putting in at Rigolets Marina. I have fished out of Manchac and am familiar with that area. But, not to familiar the Rigolets. When I leave the marina, where is a good place to fish. Lake Catherine? Ponch Bridge? The shore line? Is it better to go towards the coast with the tide coming in? Like I said, I am not familiar to this area. Any help would be appreciated.
Putting in at Manchac. Is the best place to try for fish there the North pass mouth at Pontchartrain? Plastics, Live Bait, Dead Bait? If live bait is the best, is it best to throw a cast net in North pass or out in the Pontchartrain? My wife wants to fish on our wedding anniversary(her choice) and i have only fished that area once. Would like her to catch something. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Is there any live bait in Manchac near the public launch?
Where is there a place to put in at Manchac? At North Pass or Pass Manchac?
