Looking for a feed less expensive than corn to try and bring some deer in. The place I'm hunting is heavily populated on the outside of the property. I'll try to post some pics of what has already shown up for just corn.
Any safe places to park and throw the kayak in to get to some areas to hunt? I can easily cover 4 miles one way. Was thinking of St. James Boat Club? If anyone wants to email instead of replying publicly you can email me at info@bckfc.org
Thanks in advance!
Looking for a place to put my 5th wheel for weekend get aways. Prefer somewhere that has fishing or hunting nearby or on site. Something relaxing/secluded, not a trailer park. Even interested in a family oriented hunting club that has camper hookups.
I haven't seen them on cam since those days. I think the wildgame flash cam may have scared the 8 point off. The 9 point was probably just passing through. This if my first year hunting deer, I've only hunted squirrel and rabbit. Any info will be helpful.
BCKFC website to register is http://www.bckfc.org
Yes, last time I passed there people were living in it.
I've wondered if those are squatters living there. There were a couple broke down cars that I believe were hauled off. Was fishing there at that old boat launch and there was a couple people living there.
I too wonder if the hunting around there is any good, I've only fished in that area.
I have 2 Primos Truth Cam 35's, 2 Wildgame 1.3 flash cams(horrible cams), and 1 stealth cam(not sure of model) IR cam. Hopefully I can update with more pics/vids when I get a chance to head out there.
I've had good luck with the stealth cam, will find out about the 35's next time I head out.
