Has anyone had any luck catching anything in the Manchac area. I'm thinking about taking my wife down there saturday. Probably going to the mouth of manchac to try for specs or reds?? It doesn't really matter what we catch as long as we are getting some action. Because if the fish aren't biting, my wife tends to lose interest, and get irritable. If anyone has any suggestions please reply. Thanks J. Hughes

I would seriously consider a Chevy or a GMC. Most of my family and friends are auto technicians, and they drive either Chevy or GMC. It's hard to beat the 5.3L V8 that comes in the chevy and gmc's. But I would also agree that a tundra would be a good option also.
