Anyone have any experience with the Blazer Bay 2020 w/Yamaha F200XB ? I'm looking to repower my Blazer and would like to get some idea on performance.

Iranian Air Defense Site: 'Unknown aircraft you are in Iranian airspace.
Identify yourself.'
USA Aircraft: 'This is a United States aircraft. I am in Iraqi airspace.'
Air Defense Site: 'You are in Iranian airspace. If you do not depart our
airspace we will launch interceptor aircraft!'
USA Aircraft: 'This is a United States Marine Corps FA-18 fighter. Send 'em up,
I'll wait!'
Air Defense Site: ( ... total silence)
God bless our troops. There is something about a Marine that makes other
countries listen to reason.

Anyone own the Taurus 4510 SS pistol. Looking for info. on this pistol. Looking to purchase one.
Dylan was the fisherman of the day. He man handled 22 of the 28 fish caught this afternoon. The kid is hooked on fishing now.
Finally got out to one of the old honey holes with my old buddy, Charlie. Monday, late afternoon.
East vs West.....How is the tourny going? Did the Sea Pickle place in the top 3?

Anybody catching in the lake?
How does the water look in the Rigolets area?
Approx. 12 miles from Dockside to Lake B.
The Blazer Bay is a good all-around boat. I own a 2007 2020 w/175 Suzuki and I fish Lake Ponchartrain, Black Bay, and very shallow marsh with no problem. Take Lordbud7 advice and max out the HP on any boat you buy. It will perform a lot better than a boat that is under powered.
The lake will teach you patience. Last week a guy dropped anchor and drifted back right where I was casting and catching a few trout on the Hwy. 11 trestle. After a few cast next to his boat I decided to troll and moved on to another spot. There isnât a whole lot you can do about the inconsiderate ones out there. Sometimes you just have to laugh and move on,, or catch a few next to their boat.
I've caught some nice size catfish off my dock in Eden Isles also. I bet your boy had a great time fighting that fish. During the summer, Jack Crevalle get into the canals. When you see the mullets flying out of the water, throw a floating or suspending miro-lure and hang on.
Go to GUS TACKLE in Slidell on Old Spanish Trail. They will fix you up.

If you decide to use bleach, it does work. I use it a couple times a year. But make sure you rinse everything you clean with it, and when you think you rinsed enough, rinse it some more. Also, if the bleach gets into your bildge, you may want to flush your bildge pump and bait well pump. They won't last long with bleach eating away at them.
Dockside goes through the extra effort to make videos and post fishing reports on this site, and gives good info about the lake if you pay attention. Capt Dumas has made a few good videos also. This is good advertisement for Chas @ Dockside but its also good information for the weekend fisherman. As for fishing the lake, itâs a whole different world than fishing Delacroix, Reggio or Hopedale, and Iâve fished all 3 places for a long time before moving to Slidell and started fishing the lake. You gotta have patience,, and I learned to luv the challenge of the lake. Once you learn a technique that works for you, the lake is addictive.
The West wind help push the water out of the lake Sunday. You can't just rely on the tide charts you need to look at the wind forecast also.
The best way is to season them per the instructions on the container. (Cajun Land or Louisiana brand are the best). The 1 gal container recommends 6/7 gal of water per container and if you keep it at that ratio you will have some real good tasting crabs. I cook them for approx 10 minutes and soak for 30 min. When you turn the fire off cool the burner and pot with your hose. You wonât need to add salt especially if you use the Zatarains brand. Donât forget the Onions, Lemons, Garlic, Garlic, Garlic, Sausage, and all the other good stuff.
John, the link you posted, that is the Bulk Plant. I haven't fished there in a few years but it's known to produce some quality fish.
The fishing has been great for the past few weeks in Lake Catherine and Lake Ponchartrain. This weekend should be really good. A good falling tide. Fish the shoreline for Reds and trout. The trout have been under the birds also. I've been catching trout and reds with plastic only. I haven't tried any live bait. Good luck.
I had the same problem with my truck. 2008 GMC w/40,000 miles on it. I had my mechanic pull the belts off and started the engine and it still made the squealing noise. I just got my truck back last week from the dealer. They had to change the cam and some other parts.
Good luck.
While scouting for a stand location, look for Oak trees and look for Acorns on the ground that are eaten by deer. Also look for deer droppings. When you pin point a few locations, ALWAYS place your stand down wind from deer trails in the area. Your tree climber can be moved. You will probably need to make adjustments to get in a good shooting range. After placing stand, make sure you donât have any branches or brush that will deflect your arrow. If you get to your stand and the wind is blowing from your stand to the deer trails, donât hunt that stand. They will smell you.

Release Date: 07/08/2010
Today the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission chose to reinstitute a complete closure to recreational fishing in all Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries closure areas. This action by the commission reverses the Secretary of the Department?s decision earlier this week to allow the recreational catch and release of finfish in closed areas.
Fishermen may continue to transit through closed areas with fish legally harvested from open waters but may not fish in any closed area.
#8 or #6 treble hook or Kahle hook, under horn or tail.
I see people launching on Hwy 11 every day. Must be ok...
Try running through Bayou Villere back to BB. That should bipass all of the construction.
GZ, how is the trap working? Get any yet?
According to a Dec. 27th posting on Sen. Feinsteinâs website and a draft of the bill obtained by NRA-ILA, the new ban would, among other things, adopt new definitions of âassault weaponâ that would affect a much larger variety of firearms, require current owners of such firearms to register them with the federal government under the National Firearms Act, and require forfeiture of the firearms upon the deaths of their current owners........
