I would think any professional would be equipped to deal with customers of any skill level. Most are family men and will bust their butt to help out a kid.

I'd look at bonded bullets in the 160 gr., i'm a fan of the Accubonds. If set on something lighter, a Barns or similar designed bullet.
Of the chokes you already own, the IC should be an .665 constriction with the JH .660. Magblends are harder to predict then straight 6's or 7's . The only way to know is to run a round or two thru each and count pellet holes. I've had better luck with Indian Creeks in mine, but every gun is different. I doubt you will see a dramatic difference between them.
