I bought a used 2002 22' Predator Bay Boat that needed a lot of work on the exterior hull, front deck, rear deck and console. I brought the boat to Tri Parish Fiberglass Repair for advice and an estimate. Danny gave me an estimate that was very fair, but the big surprise was that he went beyond what was required in the estimate. Danny wanted the boat to be 'right', so he did extra things that made a huge difference. I can't say enough good things about Tri Parish Fiberglass and I can tell you that before you go spend BIG bucks on a new boat, consider an older boat that needs work BECAUSE IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF $$$ . SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES.

I've been deleting Scammer adds by the 100's but they re-use the same profile to quickly re-post the same scam. is it possible to find a way to delete the profile ? anything to make it more time consuming for them to re-post.

I\'m thinking about repowering a 22\' bay boat and wanted to know if anyone has an idea about pricing on a 250 HP 4 stroke Yamaha, Suzuki or E-tech. I prefer the Yamaha, but I\'m still open. If you have a good idea on price, i\'d love to hear about it.\r\n\r\nThanks !!

Hurricane Katrina destroyed the land near Canaervon. the land was there before the storm and gone shortly after which is proof in and of itself. The lane crew, commercial fisherman and his web site are looking to protect the almighty $$ in advertising from fishing guides and advertising at the expense of the Master Plan. Sediment Diversion and Dredging are the only solutions to saving the marsh. The fact that the other site will delete your post if you disagree is a perfect example of how they want to PUSH A PERSONAL AGENDA.

Mike L and George R know as much about coastal restoration as they know about building on the moon.

This is what CCA protected.........I'm so happy not to have purse seines for mature reproducing bull reds and gill nets all over the marsh.

Thank you CCA. I can't think of one other Sportsman Group that has done so much for recreational fishing.

Delacroix is inundated with fresh water from the high mississippi river (15' as of today). You can catch red fish.............forget the trout.

I think they were referring to the Obama clean water regulation which is more of an environmental issue and not relating to the access issues. I didn't read the article, but I'm fairly sure.

I agree with Capt Rorison. Fresh water has shifted the fish for now. 3 years ago we had a high river for 18 months (minus the November/December) drop. 18 months where the river was above 10' Unreal.

I also believe that nature cycles. Every now and then, you have banner years followed by down years. right now, it's the year of the red fish and a down year for trout.

A comment titled: Re: Fishing Etiquette in response to a report titled: Fishing Etiquette

courtesy is rare these days............. some guides are guilty, but the recreational fisherman by shear number are the worst. I once had a guy cast over the back corner of my boat where his line was on top of my motor. I grabbed a knife to cut the line but missed it by a few seconds. I said something to him and without hesitation, he said, 'well the fish seem to be in that one spot ' !! I said, learn to find fish and I'll guarantee you that you can find another spot in this marsh holding fish. everyone wants it easy........ learn to find your fish.
