Since purchasing my boat last year, I continue to have problems with fueling up my boat. Each time, I only add about 10 gallons because that's about the time my patience runs out. It takes about 45 minutes to pump 10 gallons. If I flow it too fast, it either comes shooting back out of the fill spout or out of the vent tube on the side of the boat. I have read on other forums of people having similar issues, I was hoping that someone could give me some advice as to what is causing this issue, and how to resolve it. Any help is greatly appreciated..
In search of bait shrimp around the Lafitte area. I live out in Luling, and I'm hoping to find some bait shrimp before I launch Saturday morning. From everything that I've been reading, bait shrimp is the hot ticket right now. Please help me out...
A friend of mine is coming in town from Pennsylvania, and he's never been to Louisiana or fished in saltwater. I am hoping to put him on some big reds or even some specs on friday, the 20th. I plan to use plastics, but i would like to know if live bait is a better option. Being a rookie boat owner, i am also lacking in knowledge as far as where to go and where to avoid. If anyone could give me suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. I understand you wont give me your honey hole, but any advice would definitely be helpful! Thanks to anyone for a response, and happy fishing!
I purchased the Edge coordinates for Lafitte and Cocodrie/Dulac. But i inadvertently bought them for the Garmin instead of my Humminbird 581iHD. I would like to know if their is anyway to exchange them. Also, the Humminbird unit is still pretty new to me, and I am operating from a Mac computer. So how would I transfer the data from the computer to the SD card? Thank you for your help and knowledge thus far. You are a great help for a beginner fisherman like myself!
