I haven't been redfishing long and was wondering what is a reasonable size redfish to have mounted? The largest red I have caught to date is 29 inches. Should I have had it mounted?
My dad, mom, and I saw this bear at the North end of the Bayou Macon Game Reserve. Sorry for the bad pics, they were taken with a cell phone.
We switched to soy beans too. The bear visited every feeder and on the last one he stopped at it was a gravity feeder on a T-post and he bent it over to the ground and dumped all the beans out and didn't eat a single one. Haven't seen him since.
Just a heads up, it is illegal to buy/sell wild game in Louisiana. You could check with a meat processing facility, they would probably give you a carcass.
There needs to be an approval process in order to be able to submit and ad. Part of that should be for one of the site managers to physically look at the ad and hit approve or denied.
How many of you were fishing, what bait?
Lowe/ Crestliner also make aluminum bay boats. Their hulls look like they are deeper than Express.

I have a pair of Native Eyewear glasses. ~$170 They are a subsidiary of Oakley. They have a good warranty program. The ones I got have enter changeable lens. If you fish the marsh or a water body that has a brownish tint to it go with copper or amber lens. Also I looked for a pair with lens that wrapped around the side somewhat I think that helps keep sunlight from reflecting off the inside of the lens when the sun is to your back.
You could use a boat lift, use just the cables without the straps. But my guess is that you want to get the trailer as close to the floor joist as possible and the boat lift setup may take up more room than you want it to. But just a thought.
You're absolutely right. After 6 years the water pump impeller is going to be bad and possibly the thermostat. All fluids will also need to changed, i.e. engine oil and lower unit oil.
I think Bobby Lynn's moved to the south side of the La-1 bridge on Old Hwy. 1. Their website doesn't say anything about kayak rentals anymore.
I will absolutly be ordering these for Christmas.
I've always wanted to try this. I have some of my grandfather's of stuff for making wine. I'll have to hit ya up for some tips if I ever get around to making some.
