Went to G.I. Friday afternoon for a lil fun. Started at Elemers isle but seen a few trucks stuck in the sand so did not try in a suv. Went down to the park put out my trot line armed with chicken legs and necks. Seem like quite a few crabs but small(gumbo size ) and bunches of buster crabs. No crabs over 5 inches

Now that shrimp season is closed in state waters who will say where they caught. I only went twice one for bait and caught some of the smallest shrimp that I have ever seen in lake Catherine and then again near nine mile bay not so good either time Was I just in the wrong place at the wrong time???????
