Not sure what happened to my first post...
I just want to share a story about an unfortunate event that no archer wants to happen, but Brad at La Outdoors made it right!

I arrive yesterday to pick up my new bow (Mathews Chill) from Brad. As we were paper tuning, about the 10th shot or so out of my new bow, my release prematurely opened about mid draw! The bow went flying out of my hand and fell to the concrete floor! Both cams and one of the limbs were damaged! I was devastated! Brad assured me he would make it right! Even though it was my fault, Brad mentioned he would call Mathews and give them the honest story to see if they would warranty any of it. I did not have high hopes, so I figured I'd have to find a way to pay for the repairs.

Well after a sleepless night, I received a call from Brad as promised just now! He said he spoke to his Mathews rep and Mathews is going to warranty the repairs! La Outdoors and Mathews Bows truly have the best customer support in the world! I do not know of another manufacturer or bow shop that would go to such great lengths for their customers!

Brad and Mathews have just gained a customer for life! Please stop by Louisiana Outdoors in Pearl River and talk to Brad! Tell him Bryan J (the guy that dropped the brand new Chill) sent you!

Never too experienced to learn. Thanks thats a great way to remember! Although, the wrong way to grip, the death grip may have helped in this case! Oh well, you live you learn.

Yep my wrist strap did not come in yet. After 13 years of bow hunting I should have known better, but I have never had my release open early before. The strap might have helped but no guarantees. Not sure what lesson 2 is/means. Thanks for the tips.

A comment titled: Bushnell Trophy Cam in response to a report titled: trail cam

Read the reviews online particularly on chasingame.com. They have built a great website over the last few years giving unbiased reviews of performance... I have done extensive research and finally decided on the bushnell trophy cam. It's small size is really convenient and the trigger speed is second to none. The pictures are fantastic. There are several options to choose from on the camera such as 3, 5, or 8 MP and burst mode which allows you to capture as many quick shots on one trigger.

A comment titled: City Park Fishing in response to a report titled: Good Places to Bank Fish

I have recently moved a few blocks from city park. I hear that there are decent bass in the lagoons but cannot seem to locate them. Nolafisher you said that you fish city park so could you inform me of some good spots to fish? I only fish after work during the week for an hour before dark and don't keep any fish.

Boutte, LA
$2000.00

I have a brand new in box Tough Country front bumper for a Can Am Defender. Will fit all models as the body has not changed. The family prefers the small bumper that came with it. This is the best looking and most heavy duty aftermarket front bumper available. It cost over $600 new shipped to your door. I am selling for nearly half as the large box is taking up room in my garage. The bumper is located in Mandeville, but might can arrange a meet somewhere within a reasonable distance. Cash only. Three 3 seven 5 eight 1 seven 2 zero 0 text or call (leave message if no answer).
