I am in the market for a new GPS. I would primarily use it for fishing. My budget is around 200.00-250.00 dollars. I have an older Garmin eTrex but i would like something with a larger screen. I also have the Garmin Mapsource software that I bought years ago. What do you recommend?

Can you give a brief explanation of how the Edge product is obtained. I have a Garmin Etrex Legend CX, I'm not sure if it will work on this unit, I am interested in getting the Myrtle Grove version. It is only a collection of waypoints correct? Or does it contain routes as well? Any info will be appreciated.

My 6 yr. old son Colby bagged his first deer last weekend during Mississippi's youth hunt. The spike stepped out on a gasline at about 50 yards. A well placed shot from his .243 hit its mark. The best hunt I've ever had. GREAT JOB COLBY!

A comment titled: Re: Tims Marine Flat Boat in response to a report titled: Tims Marine Flat Boat

Great boat, I use to have a 16' with fantail. If I had to pick a down side, it would be that its a flat boat. If you have to run across a bay and it kicks up you will take a pounding. That's the only reason I let mine go. The boat that Tim's sells is actually made by Custom Boat Manufacturing. You may want to deal with them directly to possibly save a couple bucks.
