Ok both guns weigh the same, both shoot just as accurate, the shooter has no problem shooting either very well. Is there any real world difference between the 30-06 and the 300 win mag out to 450 yards on elk? I need advice on buying a thermal scope. Do I put 640 resolution over Refresh rate? Do I spend more for 60 hz over 30 every time? Do I want 50 mm or 100 mm lens? Iâve been looking at Armasight vs ATN. There are so many options. If I can afford a mid to upper range scope, what options give me the best long range shot? Any advise would help! I'm not looking to debate one over the other I just would like to learn more about crossbows and I hope some people here will be willing to share their opinions with me. I beleive the arrow speed is relatively similar but how about arrow flight and accuracy? Would the average crossbow shooter be able to beat the average compound shooter on the 3D range?
