I bet if you shoot 10 hogs with 22 mag and 10 with .17 you will lose a lot more with that .17.. it has no penetration on hogs like heavy 22 mag bullet...i went down that road and now have 3 22 mags... get you a kel tec cmr-30 and don't look back for hogs.. it hold 30 rounds of 22 mag...

I don't think i am following you.. you mean without a PFD in the boat or wearing one all day while fishing.. if so that is ludicrous.. You actually wear your PFD all day in a big boat..??

MYTH – The money raised by local chapters is going to fund private land projects.

FACT – DU does do work on private lands by using funds provided by federal & state habitat
programs and the landowner. This allows DU to insure the work creates top notch habitat, in turn
providing life cycle needs for North American waterfowl. Grassroots (local chapter revenues) money is very rarely used in private land programs.

So if the Grassroots money is not used for these private land projects then it is federal money. So let me get this straight my tax dollars payed for the Honey Brake project and i cant hunt on it unless i pay their rediculous fee. And if you get on here and say DU had nothing to do with Honey Brake you will have driven the final nail in the coffen with me and DU...

P.S. It didnt work either because everytime i drive by there i see nothing or watch their show they hunting on catahoula lake. Has anyone ever heard the old saying money follows money.. thats all i am saying...

Well i know a lil bird that told me that DU funded a lot of the wetland consevation in Honey Brake.. That is not the reason i left DU.. I left way before that. My main reason is when traveling around the country and you see a extremely fast moving trout fishing stream with a sign at the parking lot that says this water way was restored by DU. I am talking about in the mountain areas not flat land either. I was and am not giving my money to fix trout steams and Honey Brake lodge..
